ਕਰਨਾਲ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ ਨੌਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਚੈਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਸ੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਮਨੀਸ਼ਾ ਗੁਲਾਟੀ 15 ਫ਼ਰਵਰੀ,2021 ਨੂੰ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ 12 ਵਜੇ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਚੈਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਹਮਰੁਤਬਾ ਕੋਲ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਖ਼ਲ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ‘ਤੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਕੇ. ਸੇਲਵਾਰਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਤਰ ਲਿਖ ਕੇ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਕਿ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਐਕਟ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 3 (10), (1)(ਐਫ)(ਕੇ) ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਗਿਆਦੜ ਦੀ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਨੌਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦਿਵਾਉਣੀ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹਵਾਲਾਤੀ ਦੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਚੈਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਚੈਅਰਪਰਸਨ ਨੌਦੀਪ ਕੌਰ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਲਈ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਜਨਰਲ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਐਕਸ਼ਨ ਟੈਕਨ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
PSWC Chairperson Manisha Gulati to meet Nodeep Kaur in Karnal Jail on Feb 15
Chandigarh, February 12:
Punjab State Women Commission Chairperson Mrs. Manisha Gulati will meet Nodeep Kaur in Karnal Jail on February 15, 2021.
Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson of the commission said that the chairperson had taken up the matter with Haryana counterpart and urged to intervene in the matter. Acting swiftly, the Haryana State Women Commission (HSWC) has issued written instruction to Mr. Selvaraj, Director General Jails (Haryana) to ensure legal assistance under Section 3 (10), (1) (f) (k) of the Haryana State Women Commission Act 2012 to Nodeep Kaur, a resident of Giadarh village in Sri Muktsar district of Punjab besides ensuring the safety and security of the detainee.
The spokesperson further added that the HSWC Chairperson has directed the Director General Jails to make all necessary arrangements for the meeting, scheduled at 12:00 noon on February 15, of Punjab State Women’s Commission Chairperson and Nodeep Kaur. The Director General has also been asked to submit the action taken report in this regard.
